MONMOUTH, Ore.
- Juniors Caleb Singleton and Kalani Zoller were each named to the 2009 NCAA Division II Football Gazette All-Super Region Four second team, Thursday, Jan. 7.

Singleton, a safety from Salem, Ore. (West Salem High School), was the only member on the second team All-Super Region Four team to earn the honor in consecutive seasons. He led Western Oregon and finished fifth in the Great Northwest Athletic Conference with 8.3 tackles per game. Singleton started all 10 games for the Wolves and was named to the All-GNAC first team for the second straight season. He also registered three games with double-digit tackles, including a career-high 16 in a win against Humboldt State.

Zoller, a defensive tackle from Marysville, Wash. (Marysville-Pilchuck High School), helped anchor the Wolves' defensive line. He earned first team All-GNAC honors for the first time this season. He finished the year with 26 tackles, to go along with 3.5 tackles for loss and half a sack. Zoller also added two quarterback hurries.

Singleton and Zoller were two of the 10 All-Super Region Four selections from the GNAC. Central Washington led the way with six, while Western Oregon added two, and Humboldt State and Dixie each placed one on the team.

This was the seventh year of the Football Gazette has selected NCAA Division II All-Region teams. The national publication, an authority on small college football, has selected DII All-American teams since 1988.
