Myles named GNAC Player of the Week
MONMOUTH, Ore. - Rico Myles, a 6-8 forward from Los Angeles, Calif. (Crenshaw High School and Morgan State), scored 42 points, grabbed 23 rebounds and posted two double-doubles to lead the Wolves to three-point wins over Saint Martin's and Central Washington.

He had 29 points and 12 rebounds in an 80-77 road win at Saint Martin’s. He then recorded 13 points and 11 rebounds in a 77-74 home win against Central Washington and also made a crucial block to set up a game-winning three-point shot by teammate Blair Wheadon. Myles shot 62.1 percent from the floor (18-29) in the two contests.

Softball
Tyler Sutherland went 6-for-13 with two doubles, two home runs, four RBI and five runs to help Western Oregon take three of four games from Montana State Billings.

Baseball
Lopez had seven hits, including a double and two home runs, to lead the eight-time defending conference champion Wolves to three wins in four games in their conference opening series at NNU.
