- Madison McClung broke Western Oregon University's 12-year record in the 60 meter dash Sunday (Feb. 13) at the UW Indoor Open.

McClung clocked a time of 7.84 in the event to pass Rachael Morris' time of 7.87 from 1998. McClung's time also moved her into a tie for third in Great Northwest Athletic Conference history and into a tie for first in the conference this season. She also posted a time of 26.20 in the 200m to move into fifth on the Wolves' all-time top 10 list.

In the men's 800m six Wolves set personal records highlighted by Kyle Larson's time of 1:53.83. Larson's time moved him into fifth in Western Oregon history and 10th in GNAC history. Chris Reed placed his name on another Wolves' all-time top 10 list by posting a time of 1:54.37 to ascend into seventh place. Connor Kasler finished in a time of 1:55.71, followed closely by Zach Massari with a 1:55.74 as each posted career-best times. Ryan Chapman (1:56.49) and Michael Shogren (1:58.09) also registered personal-best times in the event.

Kyle Lane moved into a tie for eighth place in Western Oregon and GNAC history in the long jump with a leap of 22-6.25 (6.86m). The mark also has him atop the GNAC this season.
