MONMOUTH, Ore. – As a thank you to Western Oregon Wolves fans, the WOU Department of Intercollegiate Athletics announced a $2 admission price for the Wolves men's basketball games on Thursday, Feb. 23,at 7:00 p.m. and Saturday, Feb. 25, at 2:00 p.m.
To take advantage of the discount, fans need to print out the attached coupon and take it to the ticket gate on Thursday or Saturday to receive the discounted admission. Fans can also purchase tickets online at the discounted rate by entering the following coupon code: WOLVES. The coupon is good for the holder as well as all of their guests. Tickets are regularly $6 for adults and $4 for seniors and non-WOU students. WOU students get in free with a valid student ID.
WOU, looking to make its first NCAA Men's Basketball Championship since the move to NCAA Division II, hosts Northwest Nazarene on Thursday at 7:00 p.m. and closes out the regular season on Saturday at 2:00 p.m. against Central Washington.
Western Oregon enters the week with a record of 17-8 overall, 10-6 in GNAC play, as the Wolves are ranked No. 5 in the initial NCAA West Regional poll. The top eight teams in the regional poll released on Monday, March 5, will advance to the NCAA Men's Basketball Championship.
