AS A SOPHOMORE (2008-09)
Outdoor: All-American in the 800m, finishing fifth with a time of 2:13.03…Voted to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team…Selected to the GNAC All-Academic Team…Ranks third on the Wolves' all-time list and sixth in GNAC history in the 800m with the time of 2:11.40…Is fifth all-time on the Wolves' top 10 list in the 1500m with a time of 4:37.44.  Indoor: Set the school-record in the 800m with a time of 2:11.86, as she won the event at the SPU Last Chance Meet…Ranks fifth all-time in GNAC history in the 800m with that time…Selected as the Marquis Spas Track & Field Female Athlete of the Year…Named the GNAC Athlete of the Week (Mar. 2)…Also ranks first on the WOU all-time list in the 500m with a time of 1:19.56.  Cross Country: Selected as to the All-GNAC Academic team…Ran in all six races…Had top 25 finishes at the WOU Summer End Invite (17th) and the Pacific Lutheran Invite (9th)…Just missed a top 25 finish at the Grass Course Meet, placing 26th with a time of 20:06.46…Participated in the GNAC Championships and the NCAA West Regionals…Also ran in the indoor and outdoor national championships…She placed fifth and earned All-American honors in the 800m at outdoor nationals…Placed 10th at the indoor meet.

AS A FRESHMAN (2007)
Cross Country: Participated in all six races for the Wolves…Recorded two top 25 finishes…Placed 16th at the Saint Martin's Invitational for a season-best finish…Finished 20th at the Western Oregon Summer End Invite with a time of 21:15.

PRIOR TO WOU
2007 graduate of Gladstone High School…Lettered four years in track, three years in basketball and once in cross country…Earned second team all-state honors as a senior in basketball and 800m in track…First team All-Capital Conference pick on the court as well…Gladiators reached the state final before losing to Stayton…Named third team all-league for XC….Participated in the 2006 state cross country meet and was a three-time participant in the state track meet…Holds a personal record best of 2:15.48 for the 800m, 61seconds in the 400 meters, and 5:10 for the 1500m.
