What is Wolves United?
Wolves United is the official student support club of the Western Oregon University Department of Intercollegiate Athletics. It is a rewards based program that encourages students to attend WOU Athletics events.

How do I sign up for Wolves United?
It’s simple! All you have to do is sign-up at any athletics event after you swipe your student ID card. You can also sign-up for the rewards program by filling out our online form.

How do I get points?
Students earn their points by swiping their student ID’s as they enter an athletic event or when they pick up their tickets for football games. The more events you attend, the more points you get and the more rewards you receive!

How can I check my point total?
Staff members should have a complete list of point totals for everyone at each event. You will also receive a weekly e-mail with the week’s events and your point total.

How do I get my Wolves United t-shirt?
When you sign-up for Wolves United, you are automatically eligible to receive an official ‘Wolves United’ t-shirt. After signing-up, you must attend an event to receive your t-shirt. The first 150 students who sign-up and attend an event will receive a free t-shirt. After the first 150, you can purchase a ‘Wolves United’ t-shirt for just $6.  

What are the point levels when I receive a reward?
• 10 Points (WOU car decal)
• 20 Points (WOU travel mug)
• 30 Points ($30 in Yang’s gift certificates)
• 40 Points (WOU athletics hoodie)
• Grand Prize- PS Vita hand-held game console (or $250 retail gift card)
• Second Place Prize- iPod Touch

Where do I pick my rewards?
All rewards you receive can be picked up at athletic events at the Wolves United table. All rewards must be picked up at events. An e-mail will be sent to you once you are eligible for a prize and you can get your rewards after you are eligible. The deadline to pick up rewards is a month after receiving your e-mail that you are eligible for prizes. NO PRIZES WILL BE HANDED OUT AFTER THE SCHOOL YEAR IS OVER.

Can I get credit for a previous game?
You cannot receive credit for any previous games that you did not attend.

What happens if I don’t swipe my card at an event?
If you do not swipe your ID at an event, you will not receive credit for that date. It is each student’s responsibility to swipe their ID at each event to receive your point for the date! Exceptions will be made if there are problems with card scanners.

Can someone swipe my ID for me at an event or pick up my rewards for me?
You must swipe your ID at every event. You cannot have someone swipe your ID for you. You are responsible for picking up all your rewards. We will not allow anyone to pick up any rewards for someone else.

When is the last day I can pick up rewards?
You can pick up rewards at the last Western Oregon sporting event before school is out for the year. After the last day of classes you will not be able to pick up your rewards.

Do my points roll over to next year?
No your points do not roll over. If you do not get your rewards during the year, you cannot pick them up when you come back to school the next year.

Policies and Procedures
Sports eligible for Wolves United reward points -
• All sports and events eligible for the rewards club will be decided by the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics.
• All exhibition games will not count towards the rewards club.
• Any NCAA postseason events hosted by Western Oregon University will be at the discretion of the NCAA representative for each particular event.
• Any special event that is designated as an event to receive a point will be at the discretion of the Athletic Department.
